Cushion Covers

A few months ago I was looking for a cover to replace the soiled covers of my floor cushions. It's not a started size so it was very hard to find something that would fit so I decided to make one instead. I'm happy with how it turned out.

But then unfortunately, someone decided it was hers now!

Don't Throw It

My sister, Joan from Heyboom, just recently moved to a new place and while packing up, she decided to get rid of some swatch fabrics that she doesn't need any longer. Instead of throwing them in the bin, she threw it out all the way to Australia. 

These beautiful designer guild fabrics were just too beautiful to throw away.

Here's a zippered wristlet I made out of one of the fabrics. 

My Blackberry Case

I finally had the chance to make myself a phone case for my blackberry. It is snug fit and has fleece lining so there's some protection for my phone. The best part I like about it is the the cute lime swarovski star hanging from the flap. 

Flavour of the Month - Messenger Bags

Well, it looks like we have a flavour of the month. These cute messenger bags have been bestsellers for the month of August. 

 

I do accept made-to-order bags but I don't normally advertised it, only if a customer asks. But for a limited time only, I will be accepting orders for these messenger bags. At the moment, waiting time is up to 4 weeks. 

If you have your heart set on one of these beauties, we have beautiful fabric combinations that you can choose from. And as usual, the fabrics are rare, discontinued or limited edition. 

To preserve the uniqueness of your bag, a majority of the designs are one of a kind. If in demand, I will only make 3 of each design, nothing more.

Messenger Bag in Lime Green and White Checks

This messenger bag is great for those casual days. It looks good with jeans,  shorts or even with a skirt!

It's a perfect sized bag to wear crossover your body and with its adjustable strap, you have the option to wear it shorter to carry over your shoulder!

It measures 10" x 8 1/2" x 2 1/2" (25.5 cm x 21.5 cm x 6.5cm).

The outer fabric is made of 100% Cotton Canvas in Blue and 100% Cotton Canvas in Lime Green and White Checks ... cute colors!  

Inside it is lined with 100% Cotton Canvas in Grey and has 3 slip-on pockets --- wow!

Flores de Mayo Clutch Collection

Our new release clutches comes in a variety of bright colors and flowers designs. We have called this collection 'Flores de Mayo' (Flowers in May).   

Flores de Mayo is a Philippine festival in May. Flores, meaning flowers, are offered to the Virgin Mary at the altar in the church.

His and Her Messenger Bags

These are made to order messenger bags for him and for her.

The Large Messenger Bag for him measures 13" x 13 1/2".

The Medium Messenger Bag for her measures 11 1/2" x 10 1/2".

Both are made of navy corduroy fabric and inside is a 100% cotton stripes.

A wristlet just for the necessities

My daughter hates bringing a bag. She just wants a wristlet that can hold just the necessities. Back in 2007, she chose a fabric and asked me to make her a wristlet. Her only request was to have a pocket on the front and, I know it's weird, but she didn't want to have handles.

This is the original wristlet I made for her.



I re-created this wristlet and sold it on etsy. This time I've added the handles.



Just recently I made one for my friend Julie and another one available for sale on Dawanda and Etsy.

Made Especially for You

I have been "unofficially" accepting custom orders for some time now. I say "unofficial" because I don't advertised it, only if I get asked.

One of my most popular custom order is the wristlet below. Most people just can't get enough of this cute wristlet made from limited edition Laurel Burch tapestry. For those who doesn't want to bring a bag, this is great for just the essentials. You can have a a small wallet, lipstick, your phone and ipod or camera and even your keys can fit in. Made for Brigitte

This cute messenger bag was made especially for Brigitte.
It is made of Blue Corduroy Fabric and Stripey Cotton Canvas. A classic design, this bag has adjustable straps so you can wear it crossover your body or shorten it to wear the conventional way.

It measures approximately 29 cms x 30 cms (11 1/4" x 11 3/8"). Other features include 2 open pockets on the outside, 2 inside pockets for your gadgets (such as your phone, ipod, pda,) and a secret zippered pocket.

Made to Order

Back in August 2007, I had a customer named Jill who accidentally found me in Oztion. Oztion, if you haven't heard of it, is an Australian auction site just like eBay.

Jill loved the bag so much that she asked me to make her 3 more bags. I was hesitant at first. I like making handbags at my own pace, designing as I go and I didn't like the idea of being under pressure. But then I didn't want to disappoint Jill. I value my customers especially those who love and appreciate my work. So I said yes. These are the bags I made for her.
